Richard Hall nailed Ray Stanford!

Richard Hall, in his report for The Black Vault Encyclopedia Project, which can be found in the MUFON archives, didn't mince words when it came to Ray Stanford.

You can read what Mr. Hall (a paragon of ethics and integrity) had to say about Ray Stanford and his 1976 book about the 1964 Socorro UFO incident. (It's not a glowing endorsement!)
